Policies
Menu selection and all arrangements are required no later than thirty days prior to the function date. The final guest count must be given no later than seven days prior to the function. This guaranteed count will be used for billing purposes. The final count may be added to but not subtracted from in the remaining days prior to your event. All accounts are due and payable seven days prior to the function date.
Function Room Minimum
Crystal Ballroom: Minimum guarantee of 200 guests
Dorothea Ballroom: Minimum guarantee of 150 guests
Andover Ballroom: Minimum guarantee of 80 guests
St. James Ballroom: Minimum guarantee of 50 guests
Cocktail Room: Minimum guarantee of 50 guests
Quotes & Guarantees
Final menu selection must be made three months prior to event in order to lock in price (otherwise prices are subject to change)
Final guarantee of guests must be made two weeks prior to event
Final payment must be received seven days prior to event Tentative bookings are held for one week only |
