Jimmy's Allenhurst first opened its doors over seventy years ago, first known as "Allen & Hurst". Over the years, it has expanded in physical size and grown in reputation. In October of 1972, James Spero Demakes purchased the function facility, revising the name, to the familiar "Jimmy's Allenhurst". As the current owner, Mr. Demakes has expanded the facilities and restaurant to include a total of four beautiful, lavish ballrooms and an intimate cocktail room. Various exterior finishes and additions have been instrumental in creating a truly magnificent setting for weddings and many other special affairs.

The success of Jimmy's Allenhurst is due to a wonderful combination of a family operated presence and a highly experienced team of managers. It is the primary goal of everyone at Jimmy's Allenhurst to make each event an extraordinary affair to remember. We try to tailor every event to the specific needs and preferences of our customer.
